- provide first level IT / technical support for co-workers
- assist in troubleshooting of software / hardware issues
- assist in torubleshooting of studio equipment
- monitor corporate computer infrastructure
Requirements
- knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems
- experience with small network setup
- good troubleshooting/problem-solving skills, analytical mindset
- ability to work independently as well as within a team
- fluent in English, both spoken and written
- hands-on curiosity
- practical problem-solver
Nice-to-have
- basic knowledge of Cisco networking devices
- good understanding of network protocols
- Linux server operating system knowledge
