Qualifications & Experience

Must-Have Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows environments
• Experience working with Mac and/or Linux client systems
• Strong experience supporting end-user hardware, devices, and peripherals
• Proficiency in supporting common software such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using ITSM tools (e.g., ticketing systems)
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)

Technical Knowledge (Preferred)

• Basic understanding of ITIL framework
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune or other endpoint management tools
• General knowledge of IT infrastructure
• Experience supporting videoconferencing systems

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
• Ability to handle end-user issues efficiently and professionally
