REBOOST is a new IV therapy and longevity clinic opening alongside RECHILL Thonglor—one of Bangkok’s leading social wellness destinations.

We combine doctor-supervised medical treatments with RECHILL’s recovery experiences and community. Our goal is to provide trusted clinical care in a warm, modern environment that feels more like a premium wellness destination than a traditional clinic.

We’re looking for a skilled, caring, and service-minded Registered Nurse to join our founding clinical team and help create an exceptional experience for every patient.

Your Role

You will work closely with our doctors, Medical Director, Clinic Manager, nurses, and reception team to provide safe, professional, and personalized patient care.

The ideal candidate is clinically confident, highly attentive to detail, comfortable administering IV therapy, and able to communicate warmly with both Thai and international patients.

What You’ll Do

Clinical and Nursing Care

• Prepare patients for consultations and treatments
• Confirm patient identity, medical orders, consent, and required documentation
• Measure and accurately record vital signs and relevant patient information
• Insert IV catheters and administer prescribed IV therapies under an authorized doctor’s orders
• Administer prescribed injections and other approved treatments within your professional scope
• Collect blood samples and prepare specimens for laboratory processing
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
• Recognize adverse reactions or changes in a patient’s condition and respond appropriately
• Immediately escalate medical concerns to the attending doctor
• Provide clear aftercare instructions approved by the medical team
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential patient records

Patient Experience

• Create a calm, welcoming, and reassuring experience for every patient
• Explain treatment steps clearly without providing unauthorized medical advice
• Help patients feel comfortable during IV therapies and other procedures
• Communicate professionally with Thai and international patients
• Respond thoughtfully to questions, concerns, and special requests
• Support smooth coordination between consultations, treatments, payments, and follow-ups
• Deliver the high level of service expected in a premium wellness clinic

Treatment-Room Preparation and Safety

• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, medications, and supplies before each appointment
• Follow approved protocols for medication handling, preparation, administration, and documentation
• Maintain strict standards for hygiene, aseptic technique, infection control, and patient safety
• Check medication names, dosages, expiration dates, storage conditions, and treatment orders
• Clean and reset treatment areas between patients
• Follow approved procedures for sharps, medical waste, and hazardous-material disposal
• Ensure emergency supplies and equipment are available and ready for use
• Report incidents, medication errors, near misses, or safety concerns immediately

Inventory and Clinic Support

• Monitor nursing supplies, medications, and treatment-room inventory
• Track usage, expiration dates, storage conditions, and stock levels
• Inform the Clinic Manager when supplies need to be reordered
• Assist with deliveries and verify received medical supplies
• Support accurate daily treatment and inventory records
• Help keep the clinic clean, organized, properly stocked, and ready for patients

Pre-Opening Preparation

• Participate in training before the clinic opens
• Help organize treatment rooms, supplies, equipment, and nursing workflows
• Review clinical protocols and standard operating procedures
• Participate in treatment simulations and soft-opening sessions
• Help identify operational or patient-safety issues before launch
• Support the team in creating a safe, efficient, and welcoming clinic environment

Who We’re Looking For

You should have:

• A valid professional nursing license in Thailand
• At least two years of nursing experience in a hospital, medical clinic, aesthetic clinic, wellness clinic, or similar healthcare setting
• Strong IV insertion and venipuncture skills
• Experience administering IV therapies or injections under a doctor’s orders
• Strong knowledge of patient monitoring, infection control, and clinical safety
• The ability to identify and respond appropriately to adverse reactions
• Accurate clinical documentation and attention to detail
• A calm, caring, and professional approach to patient care
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Professional Thai communication skills
• Conversational English sufficient to assist international patients
• Basic computer and patient-record system skills
• Availability to work full-time at Marketplace Thonglor
• Availability to begin in September for training and pre-opening preparation

Preferred Experience

The following would be an advantage:

• Experience in IV therapy, longevity, preventive medicine, anti-aging, functional medicine, or wellness
• Experience in an aesthetic or premium private clinic
• Experience with blood collection and laboratory coordination
• Experience caring for international or high-service patients
• Current BLS, CPR, or emergency-response training
• Experience helping open a new clinic
• Strong professional English communication skills
• Experience using electronic medical records or clinic-management systems
