Duties

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ financial situations to determine suitability for IVA solutions
• Provide clear, transparent advice on debt management options, including IVA procedures and benefits
• Manage a pipeline of client inquiries via phone and data entry, ensuring prompt and professional responses
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, financial data, and case progress using accounting software
• Coordinate with creditors and third-party agencies to facilitate negotiations and agreement terms
• Deliver exceptional phone etiquette during telemarketing efforts aimed at client engagement and follow-up
• Analyze client data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for tailored debt solutions

Skills

• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information effectively
• Proficiency in accounting software and data entry tools to ensure precise record keeping
• Excellent phone etiquette combined with confident telemarketing abilities for client outreach
