Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1.负责智能座舱平台硬件需求开发，相关产品的硬件功能定义，负责完成硬件架构设计，详细原理图设计，layout设计指导，组织硬件技术评审。

2.遵循项目及系统开发流程完成硬件开发文档的建立、评审及发布。

3. 拟定各项关键硬件设计指标的参数，如Thermal策略，Sensor的布置，DFM的要求等，并实现相关参数的落地。

4.负责硬件的设计失效模式与后果分析（DFMEA） 编制、更新与维护。

5.支持产品硬件方案的制定，推动解决开发过程中遇到的重点问题。

6.项目过程中，对整体硬件需求，交付节点，交付物，开发流程，质量进行把控。

7.负责硬件系统调试和核心问题解决。

8.支持完成部门安排的其他任务。

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，电子信息、电气工程、微电子、自动化等相关专业，2年及以上智能座舱、车载域控制器硬件开发经验，熟悉车载电子产品研发流程；

2、精通智能座舱域控制器硬件架构及设计逻辑，熟练使用Cadence、Altium Designer等主流设计工具，具备多层高密度PCB独立设计经验；

3、熟悉车载电源、高速信号、音视频、CAN/LIN/车载以太网等核心电路设计，掌握EMC、安规、热设计、车规可靠性设计要点；

4、熟悉AEC-Q100、ISO 16750等车载行业标准，具备完整的EVT/DVT/PVT量产落地经验，可独立解决研发及量产硬件问题；

5、具备扎实的硬件调试、故障排查能力，熟练掌握各类测试仪器，可独立完成硬件测试、验证及问题迭代；

6、具备良好的文档撰写能力、供应链沟通能力及团队协作能力，严谨负责，具备量产思维和质量意识。
