Nexus Employment Professionals is recruiting motivated and entrepreneurial individuals on behalf of IWCP (Insurance & Wealth Creation Professionals) for the position of Financial Adviser.

You will have the opportunity to develop your financial services knowledge, build relationships with clients and help individuals work towards their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, develop and maintain your own client portfolio.
• Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong, professional client relationships.
• Understand clients' financial needs and objectives.
• Provide appropriate financial guidance within your authorised scope and competence.
• Communicate financial solutions clearly and professionally.
• Develop your knowledge of financial services products and industry practices.
• Participate in training and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain professional standards and comply with applicable regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid South African ID.
• Matric certificate.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Own reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A driven, self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness to build your own client base and develop new business.

Advantageous: Previous sales, client-facing or financial services experience.

Remuneration Structure

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity, with no guaranteed basic salary. Earnings depend on business generated and applicable commission arrangements. Candidates should be comfortable with a performance-driven environment and understand that building a client portfolio and generating income takes time.
