What they need
At J-Tech Systems, we keep some of London's most prestigious commercial and residential properties safe and secure. We design, install and maintain bespoke electrical, fire and security systems for clients who expect exceptional service and attention to detail. From luxury retail stores and corporate offices to high-end residential properties, our reputation has been built on being reliable, responsive and easy to work with.
As our business continues to grow, we're investing in the way we work behind the scenes — improving our systems, documenting our processes and building a sales and estimating function that is proactive, accurate and fast to respond. This is an opportunity to join us at an exciting stage, where you'll play an important part in shaping how we quote, win and mobilise new work.
The Opportunity
This is a funded apprenticeship opportunity: you'll earn while you learn, working towards a recognised qualification as you develop into a confident Estimating & Quotations Administrator supporting our office team in producing timely, accurate quotes and estimates.
You'll be the engine behind our quoting process — gathering the information needed to price a job, preparing and formatting quotations, chasing supplier pricing, and making sure every enquiry is turned around promptly and nothing is missed. Over time, there will be opportunities to develop into more technical estimating and take-off work as you grow with the role.
You'll work closely with our estimators and engineers. You'll be successful if you can bring structure and consistency to our quoting, keep enquiries moving, and help us respond faster than our competitors.
