该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description As a Product Engineer accountable for the introduction of new product inside the Power & Discrete Sub Group, you will manage and coordinate the product engineering activities for the Silicon Carbide and Power Module technologies under Power & Discrete Sub-Group (P&D) located in STS. The Silicon Carbide and Power Module is intended to grow in the coming years. This activity will be also related to characterization lab activities to ensure completion of all milestones and key deliverables for the product maturity. The job holder will be involved in characterization laboratory activities such as: Testing program development and debug; New Test solution debug and validate; Product characterization at package level; Data analysis and reporting; PCB design and development. Excellent communication skills are required as successful qualification requires close interactions with Product Units, R&D, Operations, and Reliability and Failure Analysis teams. General Requirement Bachelor/master’s degree in electrical engineering or closely related field. Experience/knowledge in new product characterization and qualification (Industrial, Automotive). Understand the semiconductor Back-End manufacturing processes. Excellent communication skills as well as target-detail oriented work ethic. Fluent with both written and oral English and familiar with office software Great flexibility with strong attitude to “problem solving” and sense of urgency

Technical Requirement Knowledge for Silicon Carbide and Power Module technologies. Experience with industry standard Automated Test Equipment (ex.: CREA, Teradyne ETS88TH, ACCOTEST, IPTEST…) Experience using debug tools, such as oscilloscope, V/I generators, Parameter Analyzer (Tektronix, Keysight). Knowledge of statistical method and process control. PCB Hardware design knowledge & trouble shooting skills is considered a plus. Work Experience

5+ years of direct work experience as a Test Engineer and/or Product Engineer.
