• Prepare monthly management reports and business presentation materials
• Assist in reviewing annual budget and sales budget, and build report templates
• Generate monthly forecast data and conduct business performance analysis
• Maintain weekly tracking reports and monitor key business metrics
• Verify sales commission and business cost related data
• Provide financial data support for sales, marketing and other business departments
• Support business scenario simulation and special adjustment exercises
• Complete other ad hoc financial tasks assigned by supervisor 1. 编制月度经营管理报表，制作经营汇报材料 2. 协助完成年度预算、销售预算核对及报表模板搭建 3. 输出月度经营预估数据，开展经营分析 4. 维护周度跟踪报表，监控核心业务指标 5. 完成销售佣金、成本业务数据核对校验 6. 为销售、市场等各业务部门提供财务数据支持 7. 协助开展经营版本测算与专项调整工作 8. 完成上级交办的其他财务相关临时工作 Jobholder Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines. 2. 3‑5 years of FP&A / financial analysis experience in FMCG industry, solid knowledge of P&L, gross margin, expense, budgeting and forecasting end‑to‑end processes.
• Proficient in PivotTables and Excel functions; capable of independently building business report templates and preparing business presentation materials.
• Proven experience in report delivery, strong stress tolerance, meticulous mindset and high data sensitivity.
• Basic English reading and writing skills to understand group‑level English reports and data fields.
• Good communication skills to liaise with sales and marketing teams for data delivery. 1. 本科及以上，财务、会计相关专业； 2. 3 5 年快消行业 FP&A / 财务分析工作经验，熟悉利润表、毛利、费用、预算预测整套工作； 3. 熟练数据透视表、函数，能独立搭建业务报表模板；以及经营汇报材料制作； 4. 熟练的报表输出经验，抗压能力强，细心严谨，对数据敏感； 5. 具备基础英文读写能力，可看懂集团英文报表、字段； 6. 良好沟通能力，可以对接销售、市场业务部门输出数据。
