该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述：

• Brand strategy management: --Responsible for the brand development strategy planning, including market plan, marketing strategy, channel management, sales strategy, brand promotion, etc., to achieve brand strategy ａｎｄ development goals. --Closely monitor competitor activity, brand health ａｎｄ brand share, share insights, business thinking ａｎｄ come up with response plans.
• Channel management: --Communicate channel sales strategy with sales channels, accept feedback ａｎｄ opinions, ａｎｄ give support ａｎｄ guidance. --Collaborate with channels to achieve performance ａｎｄ profit targets to ensure that brands meet the sustainable development needs of their brand positioning.
• Budget management: --Plan market budgets, monitor monthly marketing budget spend, measure ROI, ａｎｄ ensure maximum return on investment.
• Commodity inventory management: --Understand ａｎｄ analyze the inventory ratio, make plans ａｎｄ promotion/marketing/incentive plans ｉｎ advance to ensure the inventory health of brand products.
• Team Management: --Responsible for the team building, daily work management, performance appraisal system design of the brand team, provide professional training ａｎｄ guidance for team members, ａｎｄ build an efficient execution team.
• Customer Management: --Docking ａｎｄ managing upstream customers, achieving win-win goals ａｎｄ symbiotic perspectives, ａｎｄ maximizing our business value ａｎｄ interests. 任职要求：
• More than 7 years of brand market management experience, ｉｎ Makeup, Fragrance ａｎｄ Skincare category brand experience is preferred.
• Have a deep understanding of the Chinese market ａｎｄ consumers, customer orientation.
• High numerical ａｎｄ business sensitivity, strong logical thinking ａｎｄ judgment.
• Excellent communication skills, negotiation strength ａｎｄ influence.
• Fluent ｉｎ spoken English, able to manage ａｎｄ communicate with the manufacturer both spoken ａｎｄ written.
