• Develop and optimization of immunoaffinity capture methods for determining the Drug-to-Antibody Ratio (DAR) of ADC drugs using HR-MS. 开发和优化免疫亲和捕获的方法，利用HR-MS进行ADC药物的DAR测定。
• Responsible for characterizing antibody, including molecular weight, peptide mapping, disulfide bonds, and post-translational modifications. 负责抗体药物的表征工作：如分子量，肽图，二硫键和翻译后修饰等。
• Develop LC-UV-MS and/or LC/radio detection/MS methods for detection, identification and semi-quantitative analysis of catabolites. 开发LC-UV-MS和/或LC/radio detection/MS方法，用于检测、鉴定和半定量分析降解物。
• Conduct metabolite detection, characterization experiments in liver microsomes, S9 fraction, hepatocytes, plasma, urine, bile and tissues. 在肝微粒体、S9组分、肝细胞、血浆、尿液、胆汁和组织中进行代谢物检测、表征实验。
• Provide data interpretation and generate metabolite profiling and identification reports for various drug metabolism and ADME studies. 为各种药物代谢和ADME研究提供数据解释并生成代谢物分析和鉴定报告。
• Generate study protocols for in vitro/in vivo metabolism/catabolism experiments based on needs for drug discovery, development and regulatory registration. 根据药物发现、开发和监管注册的需要，生成体外/体内代谢/分解实验的研究方案。
• Familiar with study related guidelines, SOPs, protocols and technical reports. Respond to client’s questions or QC findings timely to ensure the study are completed within the planned time frame.

• Assist in clinical sample management and perform instrument maintenance to support the project need with the assistance of instrument specialist. 协助临床样品管理，并在仪器专家的帮助下维护仪器设备，以满足项目的检测需求。
• Complying with EH&S policy. Maintain tidy in their workplace; Use personal protective equipment properly. 遵守安全守则。维持工作区域的清洁。试验中合理的使用个人防护设备。 任职要求： Ph.D. or Master’s degree in proteomics, biopharma, drug metabolism, organic chemistry and other related areas with 3-7 years relevant experience. Professional knowledge in biopharmaceutical characterization, drug metabolism, enzymology and/or structural elucidation of large molecules and small molecules. Hands-on experience in using of LC/MS, especially in using Nano LC & high-resolution mass spectrometry for protein detection and structurally characterization in biological samples is a plus. Good English oral and writing skills. 蛋白组学、生物药、药物代谢、有机化学等相关领域博士或硕士学位，3-10年相关工作经验。生物药表征、药物代谢、酶学和/或大分子和小分子结构阐明方面的专业知识。具有使用液相色谱/质谱的实际经验，尤其是使用纳升液相和高分辨率质谱进行蛋白检测和结构表征的经验是加分项。良好的英语口语和写作技巧。
