该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1 根据电路工程师提供的原理图（Schematic）完成模拟/混合信号模块的版图设计。 2 确保版图符合设计规则（DRC）、电气规则（ERC）、匹配性（Matching）和抗干扰要求（如 latch-up 防护）。 3 完成DRC/LVS/ERC验证。 4 撰写版图设计文档 任职要求： 1 本科及以上，微电子相关专业。 2 熟悉半导体物理、CMOS工艺、模拟集成电路设计，了解版图设计基础概念：设计规则（DRC）、匹配性、寄生参数、闩锁效应（Latch-up）等。 3 熟悉linux基本操作。
