该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 职位描述/Position Description： 负责新能源汽车线控转向系统的需求分析、系统设计、功能开发、集成测试及整车标定，支持ADAS/AD功能与高级底盘域控的落地，确保系统满足法规、功能安全、信息安全、性能及舒适性要求。 Led requirement analysis, system design, function development, integration testing, and vehicle calibration for the steer-by-wire of new energy vehicles, supporting the implementation of ADAS/AD functionalities and advanced chassis domain control while ensuring compliance with functional safety, performance, and comfort requirements. 制定线控转向技术路线图，预研后轮转向、四轮独立转向及底盘域融合等前沿技术。 Formulated the technical roadmap for steer-by-wire systems and conducted pre-research on cutting-edge technologies such as rear-wheel steering, four-wheel independent steering, and chassis domain integration. 主要职责/Major Responsibility：

• 熟悉国内、欧盟转向系统相关法律、法规，主导转向系统法规符合性分析及确认； Proficient in steer system regulations and legal requirements of China and the EU, led end-to-end regulatory compliance analysis and conformity validation;
• 主导线控转向系统的功能定义、架构设计及控制策略开发（含转向执行器控制、冗余设计等）； Led the functional definition, architectural design, and control strategy development of the steer-by-wire system (including actuator control, redundancy design, etc.);
• 主导线控转向软件的V模型开发流程（需求→设计→HIL/SIL→实车标定→SOP）； Led the V-model development process for steer-by-wire software (Requirements → Design → HIL/SIL → Vehicle Calibration → SOP).
• 主导线控转向系统ASIL-D功能安全开发，基于整车SG/FSC协同供应商制定TSC及HSR/SSR，设计软硬件安全机制；统筹HARA、FMEA/FTA安全分析及Safety Case建立，管控供应商完成SPFM/LFM评估、故障注入测试等V&V活动，确保满足量产安全认可标准； Lead ASIL-D functional safety development for brake-by-wire systems. Collaborate with suppliers on TSC/HSR/SSR derivation and safety mechanism design based on vehicle SG/FSC. Drive HARA, FMEA/FTA analysis and Safety Case establishment. Govern supplier V&V activities including SPFM/LFM assessment and fault injection testing to achieve Safety Release for Production.
• 主导与ADAS域（HWA/NOA）、动力域、制动域及底盘域控制器的深度协同，负责系统间的接口设计与集成，解决多系统协同控制问题； Drove in-depth collaboration with ADAS domains (HWA/NOA), powertrain domains, brake domains, and chassis domain controllers. Responsible for interface design and integration between systems, resolving multi-system coordination and control issues.
• 规划并执行全开发周期内的整车标定（转向手感、操稳性、平顺性标定等）及问题诊断、改善； Planned and executed vehicle calibration throughout the entire development cycle (e.g., steering feel, handling and stability, ride comfort calibration), and conducted issue diagnosis and improvement.
• 与Tier 1供应商进行技术对接，主导产品选型与验收测试； Managed technical alignment with Tier 1 suppliers; led product selection and acceptance testing.
• 负责转向系统NVH问题分析与优化； Responsible for analyzing and optimizing NVH issues in steering and suspension systems.
• 搭建线控转向系统开发流程与规范、企业标准。 Established development processes, specifications, and corporate standards for steer-by-wire. 任职要求： 任职条件/Qualification：
• 车辆工程、自动化、机械电子、控制工程等相关专业，硕士及以上学历； A Master's degree or higher in Vehicle Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
• 5年以上汽车转向或悬架系统开发经验，至少3年线控转向开发项目实战经验； Over 5 years of experience in automotive steering or suspension system development, including at least 3 years of hands-on project experience with steer-by-wire systems.
• 熟悉软件ASPIC开发流程，深度参与过符合ISO 26262 ASIL D等级的功能安全开发及网络、信息安全开发； Familiar with the ASPICE software development process, with in-depth experience in functional safety development compliant with ISO 26262 ASIL D, as well as cybersecurity and information security development.
• 精通线控转向系统原理与硬件特性； Proficient in the principles of steer-by-wire systems control strategies and hardware characteristics.
• 熟悉车载通信协议（CAN/CAN FD/Ethernet）及诊断标准（UDS）； Familiar with in-vehicle communication protocols (CAN/CAN FD/Ethernet) and diagnostic standards (UDS).
• 优先考虑条件 / Preferred Qualifications: 有采埃孚、博世等主流线控转向产品开发经验； Experience in the development or integration of mainstream steer-by-wire products (e.g., ZF, Bosch). 参与过APA/HWA/NOA等ADAS相关功能开发与集成； Involvement in the development and integration of ADAS functions such as APA/HWA/NOA. 具备转向系统NVH优化或故障诊断经验。 Experience in NVH optimization or fault diagnosis for steering systems.
