该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： A. 职责：培养具备综合管理能力的职能专业人才，作为公司后备梯队，经过轮岗实习后定岗，定岗方向为：产品、品牌、研发&技术、人资等； B. 要求： ①.产品类：负责消费者调研、用户数据分析等，协助公司产品项目推进，思维活跃、有创意、领导力、逻辑思维能力，市场营销相关专业优先； ②.研发&技术类：协助相关工程师进行实验，打样，消费者测试or设备调试及 验收，数据管理等，微生物研究、生物医药、机械工程等专业优先，实战经验强、有韧性、善钻研； ③.品牌媒介类：负责品牌内容创意策划、KOL/KOC合作管理、社交媒体运营及数据复盘分析等，协助公司品牌种草项目推进，思维活跃、有创意、洞察力强、执行力与抗压能力强，新闻传播、广告学、传媒等相关专业优先。 任职要求： 针对27届学生
