该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、 负责各类高致密涂层工艺的研发过程中产品的配方、工艺流程、技术参数的设计及优化；
2、 带领项目团队开展具体产品开发的方案制定和实施，组织解决开发中的技术问题；
3、 负责气高致密涂层工艺研发成功后的技术研发向生产阶段的转化对接；
4、 负责组织相关技术文献和技术专利的研究以及公司相关技术标准和知识产权的建设；
5、 研究行业趋势和新产品的研究方向。 任职要求： 1、博士及以上学历，具备涂层制备工艺的研发项目经历
2、沟通协调能力、逻辑思维能力、执行力 工作地点： 重庆和上海各招聘2名
