该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、设计和开发符合400V以上电压平台要求的电池管理系统； 2、负责电池管理系统的电路设计、仿真、测试和验证； 3、与软件和结构等工程师合作，确保产品达成功能和性能指标； 4、制定和维护硬件设计文档，包括原理图、PCB布局和BOM（物料清单）； 5、参与电池管理系统的故障分析和问题解决； 6、完成上级安排的其他工作任务。 任职要求： 1、精通硬件设计流程和电路原理；熟悉PCB设计和布局；精通电路原理，电子信号处理技术； 2、熟悉硬件调试和故障排除；对于结构、热、电磁学有良好的基础和分析能力； 3、熟悉高压DCDC和ACDC等电源方案；熟悉车辆硬件系统，配合完成电源系统的散热、接线、防护等配套方案的确定；熟悉EMC（电磁兼容性）设计和测试； 4、良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力；
