该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 工作职责: 1、纯化车间的项目管理工作，包括前期项目准备、设备准备/验证、环境检测、项目生产等方面工作 2、配合研发进行技术转移工作，寻找合适的方法进行中试放大 3、车间现场卫生管理及设备管理 4、其它与生产相关的工作等 任职要求： 任职资格: 1、大专及以上学历，生物工程、生物技术、生物化工、发酵工程、生物化学与分子生物学、制药工程等相关专业 2、工作经验0-3年，有ADC产品下游纯化中试/放大生产相关经验 3、有蛋白/ADC产品分离纯化工艺开发、工艺放大相关工作经验者优先
