该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、对接事业部战略以及客户提供的前沿产品开发需求，参与制定相应的产品开发计划并承担实施； 2、开展中小试实验，详细记录过程数据并完成结果分析，输出过程关键参数，成品关键指标等标准； 3、对接产品开发过程中出现的技术难题并涉及、验证改性方案，输出有效结论并整理相关研发、技术文档； 任职要求： 1、硕士及以上学历，具备材料学相关基础； 2、研究内容涉及锂、钠电池体系者优先； 3、熟练掌握常用的材料分析设备及软件的使用方法，能完成数据深入分析以及总结； 4、动手能力强，能快速掌握各中小试设备的关键参数并根据实验需求进行调整，安全意识强； 5、具备良好的沟通以及协作能力，工作严谨，责任心强；
