- 本品/竞品口味的市场动态掌握及分析研究 4.口味配方/制程分析与开发管理 5.口味配方/工艺制程执行力检核 6.产品口味品质状况/成本的检核 7.工厂出现异常口味状况的监督及改善 8.产品精进规划及管理； 9.量产的辅导及检核的确认； 10.基础研究推动与执行（含原料/加工技术） 11.系统的优化与精简 12.承接上级交办工作。 任职要求： 1、硕士及以上学历，食品相关专业 2、2年以上同岗位工作经验，有发酵研发项目经验优先，优秀者可放宽至应届 3、良好的创新意识
