- 善于使用开发工具cadence，并具有良好的问题解决思路 4. 熟练使用各种测试设备，如：示波器、电子负载仪、DC source等 5. 良好的英语听说读写水平 6. 很强的责任心，良好的沟通和跨部门协调能力
