该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1.负责服务器主板试产到量产阶段制程质量管控，开展 PFMEA、DFM 评审，制定关键管控标准，识别制程隐患及质量管控； 2.跟进工厂生产过程品质，处理产线日常异常，制定改善对策并落地闭环； 3.优化检验标准，推动流程优化和改善。 任职要求： 1.5年以上服务器PCBA或相关行业制造质量工作经验 2.熟练掌握质量管理相关工具(8D/FUPAN/QCC/FMEA/QCP等) 3.能独立撰写质量改善报告 4.具备较跨部门沟通协调能力
