该职位来源于猎聘 岗位方向： 1、招聘与员工关系：深度参与人才招募全流程，负责电话邀约、面试运营、招聘数据维护及洞察等；协助HR SSC相关工作，负责员工信息维护、档案整理、入离职相关手续办理及信息归档等； 2、培训与人才发展：协助培训及人才发展项目的运营，包含相关文件的整理归档、数据管理与分析、文化活动的策划与组织等； 3、HRBP：深入研发/制造/营销等部门，协助推进日常人力资源工作，包含人员招聘、业务访谈、在职人员管理及数据洞察等； 4、对汽车产品感兴趣，未来希望从事人力资源工作。 任职要求： 1、2027届应届毕业生； 2、大学本科(或)以上学历(含学位)； 3、CET-6或同等英语类证书； 4、对汽车产品感兴趣，未来希望从事人力资源工作
