*Apple Business Manager & Automated Device Enrollment.
*Knowledge of configure profile, policies, smart group, self service, scripts, FileVault, recovery key escrow
Required Candidate profile
* Understanding of ITIL process.
*Good to have JAMF 100/200/300 certification
*Good documentation, communication & troubleshooting skills.
*Basic scripting knowledge
*Experience with ServiceNow tool.
