THE ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented JANITOR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with a focus on both residential and commercial spaces.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
• Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms, facility, and common areas.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep of equipment.
• Carry out custodial duties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and maintain an organized supply inventory.
• Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.

SKILLS

• Strong ability to maintain cleanliness in gym environments.
• Knowledge of custodial practices and facilities maintenance procedures.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with staff and clients.
