As our Janitor, you’re the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps the resort sparkling—from the lobby to the spa to the staff areas. Your pride in creating a safe, spotless, and welcoming environment helps guests relax, helps colleagues shine, and ensures every experience feels five-star from the very first impression.

What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize lobbies, hallways, restrooms, spa spaces, and staff areas
• Maintain laundry rooms, storage areas, and kitchen back-of-house spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors across the property
• Empty garbage and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal practices
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and light maintenance needs
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, reporting low inventory when needed
• Safely handle and store cleaning products and equipment
• Report maintenance issues or damages observed during shifts

What you'll bring

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience is an asset, but not required—we’ll train the right person
• Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces clean and orderly
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team
• Comfort with physical work: lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, standing for long periods
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
• A positive, reliable, and professional attitude
