Janitor

At The Kind Hearted Company, we believe great service starts with great people. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Janitor to help keep a Vic West commercial site clean, welcoming, and running smoothly — for just a few focused hours a week.

The Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday & Friday
• 3 hours per shift · 9 hours per week
• Arrival between 8:30–9:00 AM
• Songhees Peninsula / Vic West, Victoria
• Transit-accessible — no vehicle or driver’s licence required

What You’ll Do

• Clean and maintain the site to KHC standards
• Clean and sanitize washrooms, and restock supplies
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors throughout the site
• Empty garbage and recycling
• Wipe down common areas and high-touch surfaces

What We Offer

• $20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is an asset, not a requirement — candidates with a strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
