Janitor

McQuarters Realty is looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to provide janitorial services at our apartment properties. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance and safety of the buildings and grounds.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Clean and maintain all common areas, including hallways, lobbies, elevators, laundry rooms and stairwell.
• Keep the building, grounds, garbage areas and parking areas clean, neat and free of trash and debris.
• Remove trash and maintain garbage areas.
• Monitor and maintain an adequate supple of janitorial supplies and equipment.
• Perform snow removal and apply salt to sidewalks and building entrances as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues, damage, or saety concerns to management.
• Assist with general property upkeep as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
