Janitor

City Wide Property Services currently has an opening for a Day Porter to join our expanding team in Folsom, CA!

-Schedule : (29 hours per week)-

• Monday : 8am-11:45am
• Tuesday: 11am-6:30pm
• Wednesday: 8am-1:15pm
• Thursday: 8am-9:45am
• Friday : 8am- 12:15pm
• Saturday : 11am-6:30pm
• Sunday : OFF
• 15.3 miles total per week in personal vehicle. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid California driver’s license
• Must maintain valid auto insurance
• Able to perform job duties that include pushing, carrying, bending, and handling supplies as needed.
• Able to handle extensive walking across properties and work outdoors year round in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, wind, etc.).
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment physical ability assessment that evaluates the essential physical functions required for this position.
• This role often requires working independently, being self-sufficient, and demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Able to work extra hours and/or changed schedules as needed to fulfill client requests.

Responsibilities:

• This schedule is all outdoor janitorial work***
• Wiping down trash receptacles and replacing trash liners
• Trash pickup around the entire parking lot, landscape areas, and dumpster enclosures
• Wall spotting (interior and/or exterior)
• Windowsill cleaning
• De-webbing of building and doorways
• Assisting in light maintenance work
• Sanitizing
• Adhering to all safety rules and procedures
• Maintaining equipment and storage areas in a neat, clean manner and in good working condition
• Reporting illegal dumping or other property issues to Management.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.90 - $18.90 per hour

Expected hours: 29.0 per week
