• Pay Rate: $15.50 - $16.25 per hour
• 12-Hour Day Shifts

Position Summary

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking reliable, hardworking, and punctual individuals to join our team as a Janitor / Facility Cleaner. This position is responsible for performing daily cleaning and sanitation duties throughout the manufacturing facility and outside warehouse areas to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, break rooms, production areas, and common spaces.
• Clean and maintain outside warehouse areas, walkways, and entrances.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas.
• Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and cleaning standards.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, warehouse cleaning, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
• Must have reliable transportation (personal vehicle required).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Schedule

Rotation: 3 Days On / 2 Days Off

Day Shifts

A Shift & C Shift 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
