Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across assigned sites, including industrial, commercial, and hospitality facilities.
• Lead, motivate, and manage janitorial teams to ensure high-quality cleaning and sanitation standards are consistently met.
• Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to optimize efficiency and accountability.
• Enforce safety regulations and proper use of cleaning equipment to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
• Conduct routine inspections to verify cleanliness, sanitation levels, and adherence to health guidelines; address deficiencies promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on service quality, and resolve any concerns swiftly.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, safety incidents, inventory supplies, and staff attendance for reporting purposes.

Experience

• Proven supervisory experience in janitorial services or custodial management within industrial or commercial settings.
• Strong background in cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning, sanitation practices, and hospitality housekeeping management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and workplace safety protocols.
• Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate with staff, clients, and vendors clearly and professionally.
• Prior custodial or laundry experience is advantageous; familiarity with sanitation standards in healthcare or hospitality industries is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
