Janitor/Clean

About the Role: Join KAIZEN CLEAN SOLUTIONS LLC as a Janitor/Cleaner and be part of a dedicated team committed to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities. Located in Baltimore City, MD, we pride ourselves on creating a safe and welcoming environment for both our clients and employees.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in various facilities, including offices and restrooms.
• Dust, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Sanitize surfaces and ensure all areas are free from debris and clutter.
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory of cleaning materials.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning equipment.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

What we are looking for:

• Dependable and punctual individuals with strong attention to detail
• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
• Must have a working cell phone with the capabilities to download applications.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Great communication skills and a positive demeanor.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
• Reliable transportation to commute to Baltimore City, MD .

Project Specifies and Requirements: 

• Reliable transportation to commute to Baltimore City, MD.
• Part-Time with 2 hours per shift 
• Project time frame During the day
• $18 dollars an hour
• Ability to work 2 days a week
