COMMERCIAL CLEANING TECHNICIAN

Starting Pay: $20 per hour

Divine Kingdom Cleaning is hiring Commercial Cleaning Technician to serve clients in Watford City and surrounding areas. This is a part-time position offering approximately 10–25 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into full-time employment as your availability, skills, and our client schedule grow.

This position includes a combination of residential homes, deep cleans, move-in/move-out services, and commercial facilities. Candidates must be willing to work both independently and alongside other team members.

SCHEDULE

• Approximately 10–25 hours per week AFTER 4 pm and weekends NO SUNDAYS
• Combination of evening commercial work
• Schedule may vary according to client needs
• Additional availability may lead to additional hours
• Potential to grow into full-time employment

COMPENSATION AND ADVANCEMENT

• Starting pay is $22.50 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to $25 + per hour
• Advancement is based on demonstrated skills, consistency, reliability, quality results, and KPI achievement
• Paid training in Divine Kingdom Cleaning systems and standards
• Opportunities to grow into specialized cleaning, trainer, quality-assurance, or team-lead roles

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Perform routine residential and commercial cleaning
• Complete detailed deep-cleaning assignments
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, offices, breakrooms, and common areas
• Dust surfaces using a top-to-bottom cleaning process
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and detail flooring
• Remove trash and replace liners
• Clean mirrors, entry glass, fixtures, baseboards, and high-touch surfaces
• Follow client notes, checklists, and company cleaning procedures
• Complete before-and-after photos and end-of-day reports
• Communicate professionally with clients, coworkers, and leadership
• Properly use and maintain cleaning products, vacuums, tools, and other equipment
• Report damages, concerns, or unusual conditions immediately
• Help create a clean, safe, and welcoming experience for every client
