Janitor/Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks to ensure all areas are hygienic, organized, and well-maintained. Your efforts will contribute directly to the comfort and safety of our staff, visitors, and clients. Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas.
• Handle custodial duties such as restocking supplies, sanitizing restrooms, and ensuring all common areas are hygienic and presentable.
• Follow safety guidelines and use proper personal protective equipment during all cleaning activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning standards are met efficiently and effectively.

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing is highly desirable.
• Experience with industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers or pressure washers is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.

Pay: $1,450.00 per month
