Job Summary

We're looking for motivated, dependable cleaners to join our team! You'll be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services for residential and/or commercial clients using our proven cleaning system and supplies

Responsibilities

* Clean, sanitize and restock rooms and areas as assigned.

* Dust, vacuum, mop and disinfect surfaces

* Handle cleaning chemicals safely and efficiently.

* Follow cleaning checklists to ensure consistent quality

* Communicate with clients and supervisors in a professional manner

* Report maintenance or safety issues promptly

* Maintain company equipment and supplies

Requirements

* Prior cleaning experience (preferred but not required - training provided)

* Reliable transportation to and from job sites

* Strong attention to detail and time management skills

* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods

* Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

* Must pass background check

Compensation

* Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour (based on experience and performance) or job rate.

* Performance bonuses available.

* Opportunities for advancement into team lead and management roles.

Schedule

* Flexible hours (weekday/weekend options available)

* Part-time and full-time shifts
