JANITOR / CLEANER

Position Summary

LMS Health Partners ADHC/CBAS is seeking a dependable and hardworking Janitor / Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. The employee will be primarily responsible for cleaning duties and will also assist in the kitchen as needed.

Job Duties

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, common areas, offices, dining areas, and other assigned areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and wipe down surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace trash liners.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility during operating hours.
• Clean spills and address cleaning needs as they arise.
• Restock paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and other supplies.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning and organization.
• Help wash dishes, clean counters, tables, and kitchen equipment.
• Assist kitchen staff with food preparation, serving, and cleanup as needed.
• Follow sanitation, food safety, and infection-control procedures.
• Notify management when cleaning or kitchen supplies are running low.
• Perform other cleaning, kitchen-support, and facility-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual.
• Able to follow directions and work independently.
• Must maintain appropriate cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform routine physical cleaning duties.
• Must work cooperatively with staff and maintain a professional attitude.
• Previous janitorial or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 8am-230pm
Work Location: LMS Health Partners ADHC/CBAS, Los Angeles, CA

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
