Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and scrubbers.
• Handle chemical agents safely, following all chemical handling safety procedures to ensure a secure environment.
• Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting areas and ensuring proper waste disposal.
• Operate cleaning machinery including vacuums, floor buffers, and other cleaning equipment to ensure optimal cleanliness.
• Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to cleaning requests and maintaining a professional attitude at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and custodial best practices.
• Ability to handle chemical agents safely and follow chemical handling safety procedures.
• Experience operating cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and other custodial tools.
• Physical ability to perform prolonged standing or walking.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks and industrial cleaning processes is preferred.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
