An established Rochester-area company is seeking a dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented individual to maintain our modern commercial building and production equipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, production areas, and common spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
• Dust and wipe down production equipment
• Remove lint and dust from equipment using compressed air, following safety procedures
• Clean workstations, windows, doors, and other surfaces
• Empty trash and maintain clean, organized work areas
• Perform general building cleaning and light maintenance tasks
• Secure the building upon completion of assigned duties

Previous commercial cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or building maintenance experience is helpful but not required.

This position involves working independently when the business may be closed.

The successful candidate must be trustworthy, responsible, and comfortable securing the building after completing assigned duties.
