Janitor/Cleaner - NIGHT

Greensky Commercial Cleaning is seeking a motivated and detail oriented NIGHT TIME Janitor/Cleaner to join its dynamic team. In this vital role, you will ensure that client buildings remain spotless, safe, and welcoming for everyone. Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
• Conduct routine custodial tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, window washing, and surface disinfecting to uphold hygiene standards.
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain cleanliness of all assigned areas according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure safety for yourself and others.

Requirements:

• Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, including floor care, and industrial cleaning methods.
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums and floor scrubbers effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Commercial cleaning training, or any custodial certifications
