Janitorial & Handywork

Brooklyn-based property management company looking for a reliable handyman & janitor to join our growing company. The successful applicant will have good communication skills and be capable of completing repairs in apartments, clean buildings, prepare garbage and work independently.

We're looking for candidates who can work well with others in a small company setting and maintain confidentiality. Experience in property management or building maintenance is a plus but not required.

* This position does not come with an apartment.

Must have a driver's license, vehicle and be willing to travel from one building to another.

Spanish also a plus but not required.

Pay: From $160.00 per day
