Janitorial Associate

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of floors, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
• Conduct routine custodial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and restroom sanitation to uphold hygiene standards
• Use specialized equipment for floor care and industrial cleaning to maintain high-quality cleanliness across all areas
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, offices, restrooms, and other designated spaces with efficiency and attention to detail
• Follow safety guidelines and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others

Experience

• Prior experience in cleaning commercial or industrial settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing enhances your ability to excel in this role.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning supplies, equipment operation, and safety procedures is a plus
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and climbing ladders as needed
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward the quality of your work

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 per week
