Janitorial Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the buildings and condos we service. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
• Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed to uphold facility standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify areas needing attention or maintenance.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required, ensuring all areas are well-kept and functional.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.50-$19.00 per hour
