Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitorial Cleaning professional to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness are upheld. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the overall appearance and safety of our workspaces, creating a positive experience for staff, visitors, and clients alike.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas.
• Handle chemical agents safely, following established safety protocols for cleaning solutions and disinfectants.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and other custodial tools to maintain floors and surfaces.
• Follow strict safety procedures during heavy lifting or manual handling activities to prevent injuries.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, supply inventories, and safety compliance checks.

Requirements

• Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and chemical handling safety procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with staff or visitors.
• Basic facilities maintenance knowledge including minor repairs and troubleshooting.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, heavy lifting, and prolonged periods of standing or walking.

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
