Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and residential properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct floor care activities, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming.
• Maintain cleanliness in facilities by performing custodial duties such as dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash bins.
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or maintenance needs observed during cleaning.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
