Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
• Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and address them promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning procedures
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to ensure continuous availability for staff and visitors
• Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance activities to prevent accidents or injuries
• Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs, replacing filters, or minor repairs as needed
• Ensure proper disposal of waste materials in accordance with environmental standards and company policies

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, supplies, and equipment used in facilities maintenance
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Commitment to following safety guidelines and maintaining a clean work environment

Pay: From $17.95 per hour
