Janitorial Coordinator

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – JANITORIAL COORDINATOR

• Identify staffing needs and recruit, screen, interview, and recommend suitable janitors for employment.
• Coordinate hiring, documentation, onboarding, training, and deployment of janitors to assigned client locations.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance, punctuality, absenteeism, and performance.
• Arrange prompt replacements for absent or departing staff to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
• Supervise janitors and conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning and hygiene standards.
• Monitor cleaning materials, consumables, and equipment, ensuring timely requisition and availability at assigned sites.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, respond to complaints, and ensure prompt resolution of service issues.
• Ensure janitors comply with company policies, client requirements, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment, staff deployment, attendance, inspections, and performance.
• Prepare and submit regular operational reports on staffing, site conditions, supplies, and outstanding issues.
• Report staff misconduct, operational challenges, and service delivery concerns to management.
• Perform other duties related to janitorial operations as assigned by management.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦180,000.00 per month
