Janitorial Crew Member

SUMMARY: The Janitorial Services member shall have the primary responsibility of providing cleaning services in the facility mobile crew operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Routine cleaning of buildings, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping and removal of garbage. Duties also include cleaning and restocking bathrooms.

Adhere to all safety regulations as outlined in the safety handbook and according to OSHA/MIOSHA standards.

Active participant in working cooperatively towards the mission of the facility.

: Minimum of high school diploma or GED preferred.

: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, talk, or hear. The employee is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects and reach with hands and arms. The employee is also required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and must occasionally lift or move up to or over 100 pounds with assistance. Specific vision abilities required for this job include normal vision and the ability to focus.

: While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme cold, and extreme heat.

The noise level in the work environment can vary from quiet to very loud.

: Vacuum, mop and mop bucket, broom and dust pan, various chemical sprays/cleaners, cleaning rags and feather duster.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 37.0 per week
