Requirements:
The Janitorial/ Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior building cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
The Janitorial/Maintenance person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to
- Maintaining outside grounds
- Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
- Clean shake machine
- Maintain and repair equipment
- Filtering
- Landscape, pull weeds, lay mulch
- Take out and empty trash
- Change light bulbs
- Painting
- Cut and replace ceiling tiles
