Motivated to succeed
Strong communication skills
Able to identify and pursue new business leads on your own
Confident in approaching businesses, comfortable cold calling businesses, emailing &
networking
Conduct walkthroughs and help identify the needs of potential customers
Present proposals and follow-up with potential customers
Able to build and maintain strong customer relationships with the business owner/property
manager/facilities manager
Monday – Thursday
$25.00/hour + commission
