Looking for a dependable, experienced team member for a part time position mainly operating throughout Winter Haven and Lakeland. 20 hours per week, estimated.

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc)
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills

• Proven working experience as a janitor (preferred not required)
• Ability to handle equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• Reliable Vehicle

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 25.0 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Custodial Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
