Janitorial Staff Member

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Staff Member to help us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and care. This role offers the opportunity to work at a variety of job sites while making a meaningful impact every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to assigned job sites each day to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain facilities in a clean and orderly condition.
• Perform routine cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet care.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms; restock paper products, soap, and supplies.
• Remove trash and recycling from designated areas.
• Keep custodial closets and storage areas organized.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Assist with routine maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for daily travel between job sites.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as crew member.
• Good communication and collaboration skills among other crew members to get jobs done efficiently and correctly.

Schedule:

• 35-40 hours a week Monday-Friday afternoon/evening hours.
• Must be available to travel to work at multiple job sites each day, as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
